You can test the export by uploading it to SCORM Cloud. This independent and free platform plays the most common and up-to-date LMS-supported formats and can help identify any issues with the output. If the course plays in SCORM Cloud, but not in your LMS, please contact your LMS provider as they may be able to assist further. However, if you reach the point where the course cannot be played in SCORM Cloud either, feel to reach out to our support or contact Articulate support directly. They will be able to assist you if there is a bug or if the file is genuinely corrupted.
