In this article you will learn how to find and read the statistics in GO+. Start by watching the video below.
Generate statistics reports
The menu item Statistics provides an overview of all the courses combined at the top of the page.
At the bottom of the page, the courses are listed one by one. You can filter the displayed courses by selecting tags.
“Export Courses” will give you a report for all the courses in the currently displayed list.
The most common way to read the statistics is on the course level. To open an individual course klick on “Show more”. At the top you have an overview that shows how many participants have registered for the course and what status they have: passed, started, or expired certificate, similarly as the overview page
Below the overview, you have a visual overview showing the same numbers, in a diagram over time. That gives you insight into when your users are most and least active in the course.
You can generate a report by clicking on “Export course statistics”. The output is a CSV file that contains the participant's name, email, course, passed status, start date, end date, time, certificate information and tags.
If you have more than one module in the course you can also generate a report where the single modules are separated. To generate that you click on “Module statistics”. In the report generated there is information about each user and whether they have passed each module.
In the filter section, you can also send emails to the users which are enrolled in the course. As an example, this could be a reminder or general information about the course for users who have not started it yet.
