What is the self registration module?
With our self-registration module you can create custom pages where end users can create their own accounts and thereby gain access to your platform. You decide what information they need to enter in the registration form.

Guide
To set up a self registration feature in your GO+ portal, klick on the menu option “Self Registration” Then on “Create self registration and follow the steps below:
Step 1 Name: In this field you add the name of the self registration link.
Step 2 Unique id: In this field you define a unique ID. This will appear at the end of the link.
Step 3 Welcome Text on page: In this field you can add a welcome message that will be displayed at the top of the registration page. Leave this field empty if you don't need to give the user any further information.
Step 4 Choose an image on the self registration page: under this section you can add your logotype or an image on the self registration page.
Step 5 Possible tags for user: In this section you can restrict which tags should be available to choose from when the user registers an account.
Important:
If you don't specify any tags the user will be able to choose from all tags, if you specify a tag they will only be able to choose from that tag and the sub tags.
Step 6 (optional) You can also hide a tagtree by clicking on the check box “Hide this tagtree”
Step 7 (optional) Set a password: In this field you can add one or multiple passwords for the self registration link. This will prevent people from accessing the registration page if they don't have the password. To create multiple passwords you add them and separate them by a comma ( , ).
Step 8 When you are done, click on “Store self registration to save it”
Distribute the self registration link to the desired audience. You can find the link for each self registration in the self registrations menu.
Disable self registration
Step 1 Disable: you can disable the self registration link by clicking the checkbox for “Disable (not available online).
Time limit for self-registration
You can set the number of days the user account will be active when creating a self-registration in GO+. The number of days set will count from the date the user does the self-registration.
Step 1 Create a self-registration and follow the step described HERE
Step 2 Enable the time limit for the self-registration by clicking the checkbox for “TIME-LIMITED USER ACCOUNT”
Step 3 Set the number of days the user account will be active, starting from the date the user self-registration.
