Participants’ Responses & Feedback

As an administrator, you have access to participants’ responses to reflection questions and any files they have uploaded during a course or program. This allows for a deeper understanding of user engagement and comprehension.

  • View individual responses directly in the tool.
  • Download uploaded files submitted by participants for review or record-keeping.
  • You can also reply to participant reflections by sending a response via email directly from within the platform, enabling timely and relevant feedback.

MeetUp Attendance & Reporting

Administrators can manage attendance for all scheduled MeetUps:

  • See a list of registered participants for any upcoming session.
  • After the event, submit the attendance list to record who participated.
  • Important: Once the attendance list is submitted, it cannot be modified, so ensure the list is accurate before finalizing.

Tracking participation and providing feedback helps maintain a high-quality learning experience and ensures proper reporting for both learners and administrators.
