Tracking Performance with the Analyse App
Once a course or program is created and published, you can monitor both content and user performance through the Analyse app.
This tool provides detailed insights and is available only to administrators and group managers.
Accessing and Using Analyse
- Open the Analyse app to view performance data.
- Filter results by content, groups, or individual users to narrow your focus.
- Export data by downloading it as an XLS file for offline analysis.
- You can also subscribe to receive an automated monthly report via email, delivered on the 1st of every month.
Overview of the Analyse Interface
- On the left-hand side, view total results (e.g., completion rates, approval status) based on your selected filters.
- On the right-hand side, see the top-performing groups, ranked by the percentage of approved results. These metrics are dynamically adjusted based on any filters you apply.
- Scroll down to access detailed, individual results, and further refine the view by filtering on:
- Not started
- Started
- Approved
- Failed
- Expired
Communicate with Users via Analyse
If you need to follow up with users based on the results:
- Click the "More actions" button.
- Choose "Communicate."
- Set a subject and write your message.
- Send the email to all unique recipients based on your current search results.
This feature helps streamline communication with users who may need reminders, support, or updates regarding their progress.
