Create a new MeetUp

Skillhabit allows you to host both physical and online classes by scheduling MeetUps. Participants can either sign up for available sessions or be pre-assigned by the organizer.

Setting Up a MeetUp

1. MeetUp Description:

   • Assign a name to the MeetUp.
   • Upload a suitable image.
   • Provide a brief description.

2. Creating Occasions:

   • Click "Add" to create one or more occasions.
   • For each occasion, set:
     • Start and end time
     • Location (physical or digital)
     • Participant limit (optional)

3. Assigning Participants:

   • Choose whether participants can sign up freely or if specific groups/users must participate.
   • Select groups or individuals who should see the MeetUp.

4. Publishing & Integrating with Programs:

   • Click "Publish" to make the MeetUp available.
   • You can also add the MeetUp to a program if needed.

5. Tracking Attendance & Results:

   • Use the Follow-up app to submit participation lists.
   • Assign results to participants based on their attendance.
