- Chapters: Add and organize course chapters on the left-hand side. Clear structure and well-chosen titles help users navigate the content efficiently.
- Course Elements: On the right-hand side, you’ll find available elements to build your course. Use interactive and engaging content to enhance the learning experience.
Content Creation
Use a variety of content types, including text, images, audio, video, and downloadable files. Incorporate reflections and questions to enhance engagement. A mix of formats supports different learning styles and keeps learners motivated. Ensure that navigation is intuitive and that each element contributes value to the course.
To explore additional options, click the arrows next to an element name. Available options include text with images, hotspots, image collages, recordings, and more.
Assessing Learner Understanding
Include questions and reflection exercises throughout the course to reinforce key concepts. Use quizzes, open-ended questions, or interactive scenarios to encourage critical thinking and application of knowledge.
AI-Assisted Content Generation
At the bottom of the Workspace, you’ll find the "Generate with AI" button. This feature allows you to generate content with AI assistance.
- Enter a prompt on a specific topic.
- Select the desired tone and language.
- Choose whether to generate content for an entire course, a single chapter, or a specific section.
Additionally, three predefined suggestions are available for quick selection.

- Recertification settings – Enable recertification if required.
- Result calculation – Choose whether results are evaluated after each chapter or for the entire course.
At the top, you’ll see the "Add targets" option. If no targets are assigned, the course will not be visible to users.

- Assigned users will see the course in their Learn app and can enroll accordingly.
- Set the course as mandatory if required.
- Configure availability by setting an activation date and, if needed, an expiration date.
- Click Confirm to save your settings.
Limited attempts
You can enable limited attempts and define how many attempts a user is allowed. Once the maximum number of attempts is reached, the course will no longer be available to the user.
