The different roles

There are several roles a person can have in Articulate 360.

Account Owner

This individual purchases the subscription and manages billing. They also function as an account admin, overseeing all users, groups, and admins. To create e-learning courses, the account owner must be assigned a seat.

Account Admin Account admins handle the management of all users, groups, and other admins within the team. While they cannot make purchasing decisions, they can request additional seats from the account owner. By default, they don't occupy a seat unless assigned one to develop courses.
Group Admin Group admins are responsible for managing users within their designated groups and do not have visibility into other groups or admins. Similar to account admins, they don't consume a seat unless assigned one for course creation purposes.
User Users are seat holders who utilize Articulate 360 applications, such as Storyline 360 and Rise 360, to design e-learning courses and collaborate on projects. You can only be a user on one team.
