Where to submit a support ticket?

What information should I provide?
- What device are you using (PC, Mac, Phone, Tablet,..) and what browser are you using(Chrome, Firefox, Edge,..)
- Please provide a detailed description of the issue and the error message provided, if you can reproduce the problem please describe it step by step
Example:
- I open my browser(i.e. Chrome) and navigate to the learning portal https://customer.onlineacademy.se
- After I logged in successfully I browse to "My courses"
- I chose the course XYZ and try to start it.
- After 5 seconds I get an error message and the course won't start. (Please attach a screenshot of the error)
- Provide screenshots if possible to make it more clear where the issue occurs.
- If your problem is related to a learning portal please let us know the portal address. I.e. https://customer.onlineacademy.se or https://customer.docebosaas.com You can find out the correct address from your browser address bar:
- Is your problem related to a certain course(s)? Please state the name of the course(s)
- Who is affected by the issue? If this is limited to a certain user or group of users please let us know.
- If we should contact somebody else to work with on this issue please provide the details of the main contact person.
