Where to submit a support ticket?

What information should I provide?

  • What device are you using (PC, Mac, Phone, Tablet,..) and what browser are you using(Chrome, Firefox, Edge,..)
  • Please provide a detailed description of the issue and the error message provided, if you can reproduce the problem please describe it step by step

       Example:

  1. I open my browser(i.e. Chrome) and navigate to the learning portal https://customer.onlineacademy.se
  2. After I logged in successfully I browse to "My courses"
  3. I chose the course XYZ and try to start it.
  4. After 5 seconds I get an error message and the course won't start. (Please attach a screenshot of the error)

  • Is your problem related to a certain course(s)? Please state the name of the course(s)
  • Who is affected by the issue? If this is limited to a certain user or group of users please let us know.
  • If we should contact somebody else to work with on this issue please provide the details of the main contact person.
