Add Collaborators to Content

You can invite unlimited collaborators to work on your Rise 360 content, as long as they have an Articulate 360 Teams subscription.

Steps to Add Collaborators:

    1. Open the Course – Go to your Rise 360 dashboard and open the content you want to collaborate on.
    2. Access Collaboration Settings:
      • Click Settings in the upper-right corner and select the Collaborators tab.
      • Or, click Share and choose View Collaborators to reach the same screen.
    3. Invite Team Members – Enter the email addresses of those you want to collaborate with and click Invite.
    4. Confirm – Click Close to finalize.

What Happens Next?

  • Each invitee receives an email notification.
  • The course appears on their Rise 360 dashboard under the Team section.
  • They’ll see the owner’s avatar on the course tile for easy identification.

Everyone on your team who has access to Rise 360 content can work on it simultaneously. Changes appear immediately. Here’s how each feature works with collaborators.
